Do inflatables require electricity?

Yes, bounce houses and water slides require a constant source of power to stay inflated. This is accomplished by plugging the blower into either a standard 110v outlet or a portable generator. (Generators are available for rent upon request.)

If the unit starts to deflate follow these steps to correct the issue:
1) Ensure all participants safely exit the unit.
2) Check that the blower is fully plugged in, and the on/off switch is in the "on" position.
3) Finally check that the breaker is NOT flipped. These units pull a lot of power and have been known to flip breakers on occasion.
If the issue persists reach out to The Big Bounce Party Supplier to have an associate come out to resolve the issue.
Once the unit is set up and documentation is signed off The Big Bounce Party Supplier is NOT liable for any power issues that may arise at the residence.

Do wet units require a water source?

Yes, water slides require a constant source of water to keep pools full and slides wet. This is accomplished by connecting the unit directly to a water source with a water hose.
Hoses are available with each wet rental as needed.
Due to the inflatables requiring a constant flow of air to stay inflated you may notice bubbling at the seams of a wet unit. This is normal and is just extra air escaping the unit. If air didn't escape the unit would over fill with air and pop.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are both licensed/state inspected on an annual basis and carry a comprehensive insurance policy.
We offer proof of insurance for public events and can/will add "additional insured" organizations to the policy to accommodate events.
Per Texas law each unit is inspected annually and will have a sticker located on the unit with the most recent year the unit has been signed off on.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a minimum of $50.00 is due at booking to secure your rental. The remaining balance is due at delivery once documentation has been signed and the unit has been inspected. The driver will require a confirmation of payment before the leave the rental.
Deposits are nonrefundable but will be applied towards the balance and can be transferred to a different rental within 1 year of the original date.
Rentals can be rescheduled with at least 24-hour notice unless due to severe weather.
We do NOT accept personal checks.

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes, we deliver/set up every unit for every rental. This ensures the unit is properly secured and that all safety features are being used correctly. Delivery will be within 30 minutes to 1 hour of the booked rental time. Unless otherwise requested and approved with an associate of The Big Bounce Party Supplier. The customer is required to be at the location for delivery/set up to sign delivery documents and go over safety procedures.
Each unit will be inspected for cleanliness at each set up to ensure all units are up to standard for your event. The driver may utilize a cleaning spray and cleaning solution to wipe down the unit if needed due to a variety of reasons.

Can rental be set up on concrete/inside?

Yes, our inflatables can be set up on concrete, grass, asphalt, and inside. We have a variety of anchoring systems to use to accommodate your party.
During the check-out process you will be prompted to select the set-up location you will be utilizing.
For rentals on grass the unit will be secured using stakes with a minimum length of 18 inches.
Please note The Big Bounce Party Supplier is not liable for any incidents regarding sprinkler systems or septic tanks. You as the customer are responsible for notifying the delivery team of any underground items before the unit is secured to the ground. Failure to do so resulting in damage will fall on the customer.
Rentals on concrete, asphalt, or indoors require either sandbags and/or water bags to secure the unit. These rentals can be done but require more help setting up and may result in the team needing more time to finish setting up.

Things to do to help set up for your rental.

Please ensure the area is clear of any and all debris including animal waste, limbs, and rocks/gravel.

What is the cancellation policy?

your rental can be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. The rescheduled date must be within 1 year of the original date. Your deposit will be transferred to the new rental date.
If the rental is cancelled completely, you will forfeit your deposit.
If you would like to alter your rental, you must reach out to an associate at The Big Bounce Party Supplier within 7 days of your rental. If a cancellation is done on the day of the event, you will be forfeiting your deposit.
This policy applies to EVERY rental.

What is the Inclement Weather Policy

Due to the unpredictable nature of the weather in Texas we reserve the right to cancel any rental. Safety is the number one priority of The Big Bounce Party Supplier and will supersede any rental.

The decision for each rental will be made the day of the event no later than 8am. If your event is cancelled, you will be offered a rescheduled date of your choosing as long as the unit is not already booked. The following is a list of inclement weather conditions that will result in a cancellation:

1) Wind speeds exceeding 20 MPH
2)Snow or Ice on the ground.
3)Lightning
4)Temperatures below 40 degrees
5)consistent rain
If any cancellation is NOT due to these conditions the deposit in its entirety will be forfeited.

Do you require a cleaning fee?

Generally, no a cleaning fee is not added to your rental. Each unit is cleaned/sanitized after each use.

Below is a list of a few reasons a cleaning fee may be added:

1) Face paint is on the unit. Paint is incredible hard to get off vinyl and will result in a cleaning fee. ($200.00)

2)Excessive mud inside the unit, food, glitter, confetti or trash will result in a cleaning fee. ($200.00)

Do not allow silly string or water ballons in or on the units!

Silly string and water ballons will melt to the vinyl causing damage to the unit resulting in a total replacement of the unit. The customer will be responsible for the amount of the replacement.
